Good Deed: Native chiropractor raises $ 1,100 for Kids’s Advocacy Heart

Dr. Robert Moore, photographed treating a patient at the Back to Health Chiropractic Clinic in Rossville, Georgia, recently donated 100% of all proceeds from new patient registrations to the Child Advocacy Center at the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit in April.

Back to Health Chiropractic raised $ 1,100 for the Children’s Advocacy Center. The fundraiser was held in April in honor of the National Month for the Prevention of Child Abuse. Dr. Robert Moore presented the check to Anthony Dye, Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Center at the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit.

“The Children’s Advocacy Center is doing a great job for those who need it most,” said Moore. “They give children a voice that has no voice. If your own parents don’t take care of you, who will? These children are experiencing things that no one should ever experience. It is an honor to help them get there.”

Nonprofits like the Children’s Advocacy Center rely on the generosity of the community to continue their important work, especially when the pandemic has made fundraising very difficult.
